Work for the Food Artist Caroline Hobkinson.
The occasion was the "one day you will" pioneers day at Glenfiddich in 2011. Caroline works with food as a medium. The idea was to engrave the image of cutlery into bread to show that it should be used instead of knife and fork. Besides the image the engraving caused a slightly smoky taste.
